Litebox features a range of administrative tools for creating new image collections and editing existing collections. |
| Gotomedia | Stool: Manage digital assets for design projects | Stool was created for the design firm Gotomedia to manage project-related assets. Stool features a web-based system for uploading and organizing assets associated with a particular project, while simultaneously providing Gotomedia clients controlled access to those assets. |
| Gotomedia | Survey Tool: Flexible database-driven surveys | This project called for the creation of custom online client survey forms with submitted surveys stored in a database. Survey Tool features administrative functions like on-the-fly edits to survey forms and the option for survey respondents to save and continue surveys at a later date. |
| ASMP Ltd | Post Shop: E-commerce inventory updates using Excel spreadsheets | Post Shop was created to address the need to manage online inventory using Microsoft Excel. Spreedsheet data containing product names, descriptions, prices, etc., is updated by the user and exported as XML data. The XML data is uploaded via a web-based interface, processed, reviewed, and entered into an inventory database online. |

| California School Librarians Assoc. | Conference Call 2006: Soliciting of proposals for conference | This was a pilot project to explore the feasibility of migrating several applications that are implemented in FileMaker Pro to PHP/MySQL. One small website that is used to solicit proposals from members for an annual conference was so re-implemented. An additional requirement was that staff would continue to use FileMaker Pro on their desktop systems for reviewing and editing the proposals data, so it was necessary to provide for two-way conversion of data between the databases.
